At Shizen Michi, we want to ensure that your order arrives quickly, safely and with complete transparency. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery times, costs and available options.

1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, after payment confirmation (good collection).

• You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

• Mainland Portugal: 2 to 3 working days

• Islands (Azores and Madeira): 2 to 5 business days

• Europe: 6 to 12 business days

Deadlines are indicative and may vary slightly depending on postal services or times of high volume (e.g. Christmas).

3. Available Shipping Methods

We offer the following options:

• Green Mail – economical and practical solution for small volumes

• Hand Delivery - whenever previously agreed with the store, it is possible to make hand delivery, at a place and time to be agreed. This option has no additional costs.

• Registered Mail – includes tracking number and additional secure delivery

The choice of method is made at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

• Portugal:

  • Free shipping on purchases over €50

  • For purchases below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the amount.

• Europe:

  • Free shipping on purchases over €250

  • Shipping costs for smaller orders are also calculated automatically at checkout.

5. Delays or Interruptions

We do our best to meet all deadlines, but in cases of force majeure (strikes, weather conditions, festive periods or postal service outages), delays may occur. If your order is delayed, please contact us — we are here to help.
