
Shipping is free for orders over €50 in Portugal and over €250 for the whole of mainland Europe.
💸 Refund Policy
At Shizen Michi, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to request a refund, please see the applicable terms below.
1. Deadline for refund request
You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with the Right of Free Resolution provided for in Portuguese legislation (DL No. 24/2014).
2. Refund conditions
In order for you to be reimbursed:
The product must be returned in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in its original packaging, with all accessories and labels intact.
The item must be returned to the address provided by the store, after prior contact.
The refund will be processed after receipt and verification of the condition of the product(s).
3. Types of refund
If all conditions are met, a full refund of the amount paid for the item(s) will be made.
Initial shipping costs are not refunded unless the error is the store's responsibility (e.g. wrong or defective item).
In cases of partial returns or damages attributable to the customer, a partial refund may be made.
4. How is the refund made?
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase (e.g. bank transfer, MB WAY, card), within a maximum period of 14 working days after approval of the return.
5. Exceptions
We do not accept returns/refunds in the following cases:
Items damaged by misuse or negligence
Custom or made-to-order products
Items on final sale with no return notice (when indicated on the product)
