Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Warranties and liability

All products sold are covered by the legal 2-year warranty, unless otherwise stated.

• Products damaged by misuse or natural wear and tear are not covered.

• In case of defect, the customer must contact us and follow the return process.

We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect use of the items sold.

5. Intellectual property rights

All content on the website — images, text, logos, graphics and software — is the property of Shizen Michi or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Its reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without express written authorization.

6. Suspension or cancellation of accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of a user who:

• provide false data

• use the site inappropriately

• compromise the security or integrity of the store

7. Returns Policy

The customer may return products within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are new, unused and in their original packaging.
Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the error is our responsibility. More details in the Returns Policy.

8. Modifications to the Terms

Shizen Michi may revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page, with the date of the last update.
